"The two bedrooms are spacious and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and utensils. The lanai was a great place to take meals, especially breakfast. The drive down to the house takes about 15 minutes to go 3.5 miles with 30 switchbacks, so take your time. If you're looking for a place to get away from things, this is the house foryou. "

"We stayed at Kona Cliff House for five days, a perfect getaway after the chaos of Waikīkī. The house is beautifully furnished and maintained and the view from the lanai is stunning. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything we needed to cook all of our dinners. Climbing the stairs to the house is a workout and the roads are steep, but the house itself is perfect."

"The home and hosts were great! The house sits on the cliffs above the ocean and the owners have created a beach setting in their yard. At first we were a little concerned about the remoteness of the home but we knew that was part of the deal. Ultimately, we decided that the location was fabulous for exploring the southern end of the big island and the setting on the cliff was amazing! "The location and view of the house is fantastic. There is a full-time rental in “basement” of property with its own entrance, but you wouldn’t know they are there. The house was very comfortable and allows you and your group to fully enjoy time together relaxing, making meals and hanging out at the house. "The house was perfect for our group of 15. Plenty of space. The views were amazing. Nice to be away from the tourist crowds. Disappointed the air conditioning in main house and master suite was broken but property manager provided fans and the cool night air was refreshing. There was plenty of outdoor seating and pool toys and towels provided. The kids loved the infinity pool, hot tub and putting green. The whole house is a gem in paradise."
