"We had a lovely 8-day stay and the ocean views from the house are spectacular. We particularly enjoyed the home’s big and screened lanai. The Kona Paradise community is a very relaxed place and the nearby Pebble Beach is a fantastic spot for playing in the water and watching the sun set. The short but steep walk to the beach is worth it - and there are several parking spots for those who need to drive. There are good, casual food options nearby within 10-15 miles. We would stay here again! "

Watch the Yellow Tangs up against the lava rocks every morning and if you’re lucky you also see spinning dolphins (we saw them twice around 7:15 am, as well as 2 years ago). I love to snorkel and you can walk 10 mins to Kahalu’u for the biggest variety of fish you will see anywhere on the island (2 steps is a 30 min drive, which I recommend, but not as varied).
