"Our stay at the yurt was the best experience we could have hoped for. Lisa and Kai are wonderful hosts, very helpful, responsive and accommodating. The place had breathtaking views at sunrise, and in the night you can see the moon and stars from inside the yurt. Just about everything is provided if you plan on cooking/grilling. I'd 10/10 stay here again or recommend to a friend!"

"The perfect setting for a Kona Side stay! April, your host, is fantastic and this was the most well appointed vacation rental we've ever stayed at, she thought of everything. The sitting area is private, facing the undeveloped island flora, perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktail. A few short blocks and your at Magic Beach, and walking either way from there is more beaches in short distance. We could not recommend this rental more!"

"Absolutely OUTSTANDING in all respects! The property is lovely in the cloud forest. The house is extremely clean and well maintained, especially for the environment. Kathryn was excellent and brought fresh eggs for us to enjoy. That being said; first night - Coqui Frogs were a bit hard to handle. Wife was ready to pull a "My Cousin Vinny", except we didn't have a hand gun. By the last night she was actually in love with the forest sounds and misses them at night. We truly hope we are blessed...

"This is a beautiful property and very peaceful and calming. We had excellent communication with the manager who really helped us by arranging a washing machine when a prior renter had broken the machine at this cottage. Also, we forgot a ring that has much sentimental value (it got mixed up in the bedding while we were packing to leave). The housekeeper turned it in and the manager contacted us immediately to coordinate it's return. We were already on our way to another part of the island but...

The Captain Cook area provides plenty of meal options.
