"It was a lovely hotel. We were in the 12th floor and had a great view. Front desk persons were very helpful. Ordered food at bar to take upstairs and bartender very nice and chatty. Room was clean and comfortable. Maybe need another plug close to bed. Would recommend and stay here again. I was there for a conference and the conference area was nice also. "

"Front desk very pleasant and ready to please. Exceptional service. Bathroom very small and hard to maneuver in. Towels were worn, worn and had holes in it but others were fluffy and newer. When requested housekeeping in the middle of our stay, our towel were replaced and garbage emptied but sheets were not changed, bed not made and the floor not mopped. "
