"Had a wonderful stay here; the house was clean and well-located/super close to food, groceries, take-out, pharmacy, etc. The bed arrangements worked out perfectly for our 4 kids and ourselves, and the host was super responsive in getting back to me right away with any questions we had. A private driveway for parking was a huge bonus and a charging station in the kitchen to charge phones, etc was a lovely added touch. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Cute cottage brought me back to my childhood cottage on the lake, but instead this was tucked away in the woods. The road is close, but you cannot see it or hear it as the house is set back. It served our needs & close to area's we wanted to visit. There was a note saying enjoy our complimentary bottle of wine which we could not find, but This was ok because we had plenty. The house is set on a small hill with a rail on the right side & shale rock path which was a little slippery when it...

"We really loved this property. The view was outstanding and the house was fully stocked. Instructions for everything was super helpful. Centrally located and no lack of things to do. There were 8 of us and plenty of room for everyone. The openness of the kitchen/dining/living room was really nice as everyone was always involved wherever they were. I would absolutely stay here again."

"We just needed somewhere to lay our heads at night while visiting our college daughter for a few days and this fit the bill. Safe area, very clean, and just as described. We are clean and tidy when we leave but I really appreciated that I didn’t have a huge list of chores I needed to do before we checked out! "

"perfect place to stay! There were 7 of us, it was easy to get to the wineries on Seneca Lake. The view of the lake, the dock with glider and the chairs around the firepit made the trip, we spent a lot of time outback enjoying the view. The rooms were cozy. The house was very comfortable to hang out in, we didn’t even use all the rooms to sit in, there is a great amount of space. The kitchen is perfect set up and the 2nd fridge space really helped. Overall, great trip with friends. "

K-kup coffee and snacks provided for us adults and doggie treats, water bowl and doggie toy provided for our pup, what a nice personal touch, thank you so much.
