"We finally had all our adult children come to town for a weekend and everyone couldn't fit in Grandma's house so we rented this house a couple miles away. It was spacious, clean, comfortable, and convenient to Penfield and Fairport. Saw deer in the backyard on Saturday morning. Cheryl was timely with communications and check-in/check-out was super easy. Would definitely stay here again if the need arises."

"Let's start with the host and the amenities. The guest accommodations and small touches that the host included were better than any vacation home I've ever stayed in! The house is beautifully decorated and well appointed. The views from the three levels of decks are unbelievable and gorgeous! The location is secluded and it's almost as if there is no one around! The location was a quick 8 minute drive to Geneva and close to so many wineries! We did not want to leave!"

"The house was a great meeting point for our travelers from NY, VA and MA. We had 10 adults and two dogs. The house was more than adequate in terms of bedrooms and space. We played games and did puzzles on the folding tables they have there. We brought one of our smaller tvs to watch football and it worked well with the wifi. Kitchen had most everything we needed. "Loved the place and the remoteness. The water pump wasn't working, but a solution was promptly provided. It wasn't the best situation, but it worked. Also, the second bed appeared to be a mattress pad behind the main bed. We ended up just sharing the bed for the duration of the stay. Would return, but would love those issues/inaccuracies to be fixed."
