"Had a wonderful stay here; the house was clean and well-located/super close to food, groceries, take-out, pharmacy, etc. The bed arrangements worked out perfectly for our 4 kids and ourselves, and the host was super responsive in getting back to me right away with any questions we had. A private driveway for parking was a huge bonus and a charging station in the kitchen to charge phones, etc was a lovely added touch. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Stayed for the night after going to a concert, amazing place felt very safe there and had no concerns!"

"We booked at the last minute and needed room for a large group . The host was very easy to work with . We spent one night in an awful rental and needed to move due to the poor condition of the property . My family was very happy with the new location . The setting was beautiful and the house was great !"

"We enjoyed our stay at the lake house for 3 nights in late October. Traveling from NYC as a couple with a 5 year old kid. While there we even managed to visit the magnificent Niagara Falls, which is only 1.5 hrs away! The house itself was clean bright minimalistic and very spacious. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I loved the white towels and white linens - you can see and smell how clean and fresh they are. Our kid loved the toy closet. We all loved the lake views from...

"This is our first time exploring Rochester and we came up for family weekend at RIT. It was perfect for our large family to have our own space with a kitchen and enough places to hang out and play games. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a great place to stay!"

"Older style house in quite neighbourhood. All the amenities needed for a relaxing home away from home. Thank you.."

"I stay at a number of VRBO's and this one has great value. It is in great condition, was very clean and had a lot of bedding and towels, good internet and tv if you want it. I cant say how clean and organized it was. Loctation is great, very quiet neighborhood so if you want to party I would suggest a less quiet spot. Hosts were very communicative, great parking. Cant say enough."

"Very cute and very clean little bungalow get away. Close to finger lakes for wine touring. Quit nice neighborhood and a cute outside deck with a bar style table to set outside and enjoy the evening. Will definitely stay again."

"My husband, myself, and our two adult sons were in ER for a family wedding. The location of the rental was within walking distance of shopping, eateries, and my sister’s home. We loved the layout of the house - very comfortable for all for of us. Several times we commented that we would like to actually live in such a house. It was perfect!"

"Clean and appeared new. House was well stocked with everything we needed. Nice open floor plan. Enjoyed the lake view. House was as advertised. Weather a bit cool to enjoy the wrap around porch but house provided nice windows to enjoy the view from inside."
