"Charming home, nicely decorated. Nice view of SW Harbor. Close to grocery store, restaurants, Acadia. If you cannot walk up a flight of stairs, you may want to contact the host, though. Great location. We took a ride on a lobster boat, went to Bar Harbor, went to Cadillac mountain, and drove the park loop. We really enjoyed the island and its beauty. "

"The cottage was cute and well equipped. At first as we were driving there it seemed so far off the beaten path. As we ventured out the next day to Acadia National park we realized we weren’t that far away. It was about a 45 min drive. We do like to watch a little tv before bed; so, if you want a tv, there is no tv. We listened to our music. It was a little too cold to sit outside to do any star gazing. The view of the sunrise over Cadillac mountain was beautiful!"

"We had everything we needed for a base camp as we visited a friend and of course spent most of our time exploring Acadia. This was the most economical place we could find and it was a score for sure. Hosts were on site most days and very helpful. Utilized the laundry facility where board games and extra kitchen items were supplied. Thanks for a great stay, we’ll be sure to come back! Cheers."

"I truly wish I could have stayed longer. It is a peaceful setting, especially in the mornings at sunrise. We toured Acadia, Bar Harbor, Southwest, and Northeast Harbors. FYI not much was open the last week in October. The house is spotless and well-appointed. The owner provides quality linens, towels, cookware, grill, and grilling tools. Bring your own Shampoo though. The twin room has a TV which we did not use. The King room does not, but it really didn't matter. We watched TV in the living...

"We just loved this cozy 2nd floor “cottage” just minutes from Blue Hill and a nice market. This was our home base for five days while we took day trips to explore the coast. Perfectly clean, charmingly decorated, great communication with manager, just what we were looking for!"

"We loved Bar Harbor. The house is walkable to the town square. It was quiet and has off street parking. Management responded quickly to a maintenance concern. The kitchen had what we needed. Wi-Fi for 7 people was tough but we liked our stay."

"This spot was perfect for my wife and two kids while we visited Bar Harbor. Except for some very minor road noise, the spot was very quiet. Lots of deer graze in this area, which testifies to the serene atmosphere. Greg stopped by when we were outside to make sure things were going well. He was very kind and receptive to our little bit of feedback. We took advantage of the nice fire pit and roasted marshmallows around the fire.
