"Fantastic location, so close to Darling Harbour and easy walk to Pitt Street mall. Very very close to tram which was great as it was raining for majority of our stay. Rooms were spotless and beds very comfortable with different softness pillows. Rooms were sound proof it seems as didn’t hear any outside noise or next door rooms. Great black out shades on windows. The only complaint which isn’t really that bad was that check in is on the first floor instead of ground floor so carting luggage up to first floor then onto rooms and vice versa, no big deal though."

"Our room had everything we needed. Was good to know there is a laundry complete with iron/ironing board in the premises. An easy flat walk to domestic terminals. We walked to Mascot station & caught train to city to do some sightseeing. "
