I would like to thank the housekeeping team. I am one of those people who travel with my own cleaning kit. I even pack disposable sheets. There was No Need for my kit. The room was immaculate. A special thank you to Youngbin, Jefferson, Regilyn, and Shanthi. They decorated my room for my birthday and it was so special, it brought me to tears. Thank you to Claire, the front desk supervisor. She is so sweet and kind. Thank you for making my birthday and stay extra special. Thank you Sofitel."
