"Excellent Italian buffet breakfast. Large groups of organized tours were checking in and out, and taking up elevators and crowded common areas, but for the most part that was not an issue. The room with a view of the river for which I paid extra was a misnomer because the trees obstruct the view, but the room faces a few lanes of traffic that makes it too noisy to get a good night sleep. "Very centric and close to everything - super practical in terms of places to go and accessible. The main issues were around the quietness of the room, it was next to a patio and there was a lot of noise at night which made it difficult to sleep during the stay. The breakfast is limited but always good to have as an option"

"I was very well looked after staying at this hotel. The reception staff were lovely and all kindly wished me a happy birthday with a note and cake, it was so sweet and thoughtful. Elena was a wonderful therapist who gave me a perfect massage, while being kind and wishing me a happy birthday also. My room was spotless and breakfast options were endless. Great location too.
