"Very pretty, nice and clean but there was an event right outside my room with a dj that was so lays it was hard to hear my tv and it took about 20 min for the shower to go from lukewarm to hot. Thought something was wrong with the hot water and 2 kids finished their shower before it got warm. But other than that it was a nice stay"

"This was a cute, older place off the 17. Backs to the Los Gatos Trail for a quick walk to the Pruneyard. It was clean, the front desk was friendly and there was a very decent free breakfast. "

"The room and hotel overall environment are clean.Breakfast is adequate and well refilled by staff. All the amenities needed were available except there is no swimming pool & the room landline phone assigned was not working, no dial tone. Had to go down to the lobby or call via cell phone # to contact the front desk. Overall, well maintained hotel and great stay!"
