"We were very happy with our stay - 5 nights March 7-12, 2025. The room was very comfortable and immaculately clean. Although we faced the street, the traffic noise didn't bother us at night. There are several hospitals nearby, so quite a few sirens. If you're noise sensitive, you might prefer a room facing the courtyard. The front desk and housekeeping staff were excellent and very attentive. However, we didn't find the same level of friendliness at the restaurant and found them a bit rude. Also, we don't recommend the breakfast buffet. For the price there are better options in the neighbourhood. Overall, a great experience. We would definitely stay again on our next trip to London."

"The room was lovely, the bed was so comfortable, bathroom is very small but it's fine. Loved the light up mirror! Hotel was very quiet, service was great everyone was friendly. My only issue is it was really really hot and the pillows were too big so I had a neck ache using one and two so one the original size and one a bit smaller would have been great. Great location also"

"The rooms were clean and the reception staff was helpful! Very convenient location next to the underground station and plenty of dining/pub options nearby. The shower took a while for the water to heat up and the pillows were a bit flat but not a dealbreaker for me. Overall, I’d recommend this place to those who are looking for a reasonably priced place to stay for a short trip. "
