"Phone before booking and ask if pool was available for kid to have a swim told yes don't close until 10 to find out kids cant swim after 7 pm so wasnt happy but the girl jade behind desk was so nice and apologetic and gave us ticket for starbucks for next day drink also late check out so my boy can get a swim ........not like was the lifts were out and the girl behind counter at swimming had bad attitude "

"My room was large, clean and had all the facilities needed accessed through the bar, few stairs and a long winding corridor with tatty threadbare carpet in places. Staff were friendly and polite, as was the breakfast. Enjoyed the jacuzzi, steam room and slightly too cold pool after a day of training. "
