"Good location for city centre. The receptionist was friendly. Although the rooms are basic it was fine for a one night stay. Stayed to visit the Bridgwater hall for a show, only 10 minute walk away. Morrisons local and McDonald’s less than 5 minute walk. Not ideal if you needed to work as poor lighting and no desk or dressing table but fine for a clean bed for the night. "

"Mike, Anthony, and Monica were extremely friendly, helpful, and just fantastic in every way. Also, Cathy and Julie were so kind and professional. The place is fairly simple. I won't lie to you. But, it has everything you need and the location is great. I highly recommend the pub next door to the hotel. It is right there and shares the same parking lot. No, it is not just a bar. Cited above an old pub oozing with character and history - nothing is level or plumb as was the original way of building - I bet the walls could tell some stories. "The Old Post Office is easy to find from the bus station. A warm welcome from the manager and easy to follow instructions for getting in out of hours. Room is cosy and comfortable. The Old Post Office is just a 5-10 minute walk to the Minster. If you’re going to a show at the Minster, you can’t go wrong staying over at The Old Post Office. "
