"For the price, the quality should be much, much higher at this hotel. We had problems from the minute we arrived in our bungalow. The shower was stuck on one lukewarm temperature and couldn't be adjusted. No minibar, but there was a refrigerator to keep our water and other drinks cold. However, it was broken too. "The property was noisy and outdated , slamming doors despite requesting a quiet room /area Carpets were dirty , room equipment sketchy at best When I was asked about my stay and when I explained it was suggested I booked through a third party , what does that mean ? I wasn’t important ? "
