"The staff at the hotel were always so polite and helpful. Our phones were not working and a person came up within minutes to see to it. Unfortunately it is maintenance that lets it down a little eg water in shower not draining, toilet flush somewhat temperamental, electric socket board in bedsifg=de table on right of bed not working."

"Family reunion with the children & grandchildren. The 2 bedroom suite with separate shower & bathtubs attached to the designated bedroom is a great idea. The living room is spacious for the kids to run around. The kitchen has no stove but a microwave oven is available if some basic cooking is required. Overall a very comfortable & enjoyable family weekend stay . For improvements, the sofa set badly needs to be refurbished & a kid's channel added to the tv program"

"This "hotel" used to be condos so there is no reservation deck/reception which presents a unique problem. Someone meets in the entrance, no ID, no name tag or uniform. They give you two key cards but doesn't explain how you need to use them. You get a phone number if you need anything and i made more calls to that number than back home to my family! 1st room was so disgusting i wouldn't sit on the couch due to the stains. Gentlemen who came up couldn't care less and really didn't...
