Find Hotels with smoking rooms in Bukit Bintang

"Loved the location, we booked a Premier Suite, so we would have a good view, and we did. Our room front door was sticking, actually had to put shoulder into it to open. The toilet had a very slow fill, at 1st I thought it was faulty. These are my only 2 criticisms. Yes the furnishings are older, but still good, room service were super efficient and i cant speak highly enough of the front desk staff, they helped with every enquiry or assisted when needed. We would stay here again for...

"Location is good and not so good, depending on what people appreciate -very close to a metro station and to the B Bintang Pavilion (mega mall), also facing a very busy street next to an all-night super loud karaoke venue. The place is ran down, in disrepair, grungy, musky. The photos completely misrepresented the place. Would not recommend it to my friends."

"It took 40 minutes to just check in. It was terrible experience for me, and super exhausting after 4-5 train trip from Penang. There were no hand towels, no soaps, no shampoo, and the agent of this room recommended for us the different room which I booked. Is that normal??? Is that a genuine service?? If you cal this your genuine service, I will definitely not use Expedia for booking hotels. This is cheating. Terrible experience. That's it."
