"The main feedback is the checking in process. Every day is a bottleneck of guests waiting at the lobby to check in as they only allow check ins to begin at 3pm. This resulted in a 30-40 mins wait and massive crowd at the lobby. I think the management needs to relook into this to manage the flow of guests. However, the room was great and clean. The location is also situated right in between Pavilion and TRX hence both within walking distance. The competitive pricing may convince me again if I do...

"the room was too small for 4 people and there was no window so the room felt very closed off and we personally felt clusterphobic so it was uncomfortable. the washrooms were really small and barely had enough space to use the shower, although they did have good amenities like shampoo and dental kits it didnt make up for the space. the corridors were also really cramped so there was barely enough space to walk alongside a cabin bag."
