"The hotel service was excellent. The room thermostat was likely not working, and the aircon was extremely cold even at the highest temperature setting. After the hotel technician had a look at the aircon and confirmed the problem, we were given the choice to change room. We chose to stay however, and the hotel staff obliged blankets and douvets (we ended up with 3 layers by the time checked out!)"
