Compared to the pictures uploaded on expedia, it’s way worse. It feels like a 3star or more like a motel. Building itself is not bad so it has nice lobby but that’s it. Beddings or trays, kettle, bathroom faucets.. didn’t seem to be cleaned and had stains on it. Beddings felt humid even though the room was very freezing with non stop AC. Towels are worn out and pool towel had really big brown stain. Poolside sofas’ and beds’ cushions are also stained. Gym is quite tiny. In-Room Dining service ordering system isn’t flawless and dishes, utensils or tablecloth are also very wornout. Serving amounts are good and food is tasty but quality wise, disappointing. And personally I felt a bit scammed. I specifically chose family suite paying almost double because according to the room picture on expedia, only this room had merdeka 118view. Because the only reason I chose this hotel was the merdeka 118 view, I even left a message to the hotel prior as well. However, we couldn’t see any glimpse of it. Front office’s staff told me all the rooms of this room type doesn’t have merdeka 118 view. And in general, conversations with staffs in English weren’t as easy compared to other hotels. Quite frustrating experience. Overall, it was a spacious room and the pool&lobby was very nice and clean. Staff who brought the in-room dining was very professional and kind. But other than that, very disappointing and don’t think they worth the price.

Lovely hotel in a great location close to transport, shopping and restaurants. I’ve stayed twice and this hotel and could hear noise from other rooms on both occasions. However, I did not hear street noise.

I like the environmental concerns of this property. Filtered water tap is provided in each room so no plastic drinking water. Walking distance to all major malls in Bukit Bintang area. New and modern. Easy self parking and the parking charges is only RM2.20 per day. Good shower pressure and temperature setting. Easy to Grabs with pick up location right at the lobby area. The location is away from traffic jam right in front of Pavillion Mall street.

Location is convenient .The hotel is near to Pavillion and opposite Times Square. Its away from the crowds and easier to get a grab here. Counter staff service is good. Housekeeping is inconsistent. Despite we left the 'make my room' sign before going out, it wasnt done when we get back in the night. So we only get our clean towels when we called for it. There is improvement to be done.

We may be biased in our review, as we came to this hotel after stays in 3 great hotels in Malaysia (JW Marriott KL, EO Hotel Penang, Danna Langkawi), but still… This place is genuinely horrible. No clue how they got their stars. To start, we had asked to be picked up from the airport by the hotel. Worst decision ever, as we were bombarded by whatsapp messages from 5 different numbers to ask us about our arrival. Pure pressure. Then, when we arrived to the hotel (midnight), there was no one that helped us with the luggage from the car. The receptionist looked like she hated her job. In our room, we found that the safe was not functioning, so the hotel staff got the great idea to come and fix the safe in our room at 1am, not thinking that us sleeping after a flight would be a good idea, maybe? (however, to be fair, we got an upgrade after expressing discontent with this situation). The buffet is bad. The “collection” buffet is literally a joke. The towels in the rooms smell dirty. Even the rooms are objectively ugly. Also, the rooms are not well isolated, you can hear everything the neighbours say. Then, towards the end, the hotel people seemed to be in a rush to check us out (guy showed up 5 minutes in advance for the checkout). Joke of a hotel. Have been to dozens of hotels around the world, including 3*, 4*, and 5*. This place is not worthy of a 3*. Do not recommend. To be fair, this hotel was so bad that it actually made our trip better: we even wrote a postcard about it.

I stayed for a week here, I didnt try the breakfast so unabale to comment on that but the location is fantastic for getting around KL. Well connected public transport is less than a 5 minute walk away. If you dont mind walking then quite a few main sight seeing attractions are only a 30 minute walk away. Hotel caters to all - families, people on business and Solo travellers and ideal for couples. In the heart of Bukit Bintang which itself is a very lively area. For me it lost a star in cleanliness because the rooms are mainly carpeted - whilst this is probably done for reduced sound and provides a more comforting feel, the carpet may be retaining some of the moisture from the showering and lack of window ventilation hence you seem to get a slightly damp smell. Facilities lost 1 star as I felt there should have been some complimentary drinks and snacks provided in the room fridge, also the towel rail was only held up by 2 small screws which meant any weight put on them would lead to the rail coming off exposing the sharp nails which I could imagine being a hazard for children (this could have just been my room). The staff were fantastic!

Amazing hotel, beautiful pool and gym amenities. Breakfast buffet spread was wide and good. Staff made us feel welcomed as treasured guests. Left Berjaya apartments and came here straight and it was a literal rise from hell to heaven. Thank you Park Royal Collection! My family really enjoyed the short 1 night stay.
