"Basic hostel in a great location. Stayed in 4 bed dorm. My only concern is room had an old style key and it was up to each person to lock the door behind them, if this didn’t happen the door stayed unlocked. The 8 bed dorm has an automatic locking door. "

"Great hotel. We enjoyed our 4 night stay and we're coming back after we return from visiting Langkawi. One feedback that I have is the cooler of the mini bar is not cold enough to enjoy a nice cold beer."

Great location

"This hotel is in a great location for sightseeing & shopping. Just across the road to the walkway that goes to the Petronas tower complex. Got a great deal from Hotels.com on a suite, it was huge and had free access to the club where there was complimentary food & drinks. Be aware of the heat in Kuala Lumpur, even though it was in February it was very hot 24 hours a day ! "

A gem of a hotel!

"I enjoyed a fabulous stay at this particular hotel. The setting was beautifully nested in a wonderful shopping mall. The hotel staff were first class; especially the reception, concierge service and the bar staff. I had a lovely large room that offered space to relax after a long haul flight."
