"For Hotel stay n nearby shopping or to airport by trains is convenient. They only have a vegetarian restaurant. No western or local fine dining restaurants in the hotel. Those want to have it . Have to get out BTS to "

"Location is convenient .The hotel is near to Pavillion and opposite Times Square. Its away from the crowds and easier to get a grab here. Counter staff service is good. Housekeeping is inconsistent. Despite we left the 'make my room' sign before going out, it wasnt done when we get back in the night. So we only get our clean towels when we called for it. There is improvement to be done. "
