Wall’s fan is too noisy; need to be replaced. 2 free drinking water bottles are too small and insufficient to drink and make coffee; should provide slightly larger bottle. Beds are not comfortable; need new replacement. Room cleaning staff and morning breakfast are hard working and good. Receptionists need some improvement in english. "

"This hotel was located in the perfect location for us to walk to the market and get picked up for a tour. The staff were also outstanding and incredibly accommodating. We received an upgrade when we returned for our final night and darted on the upper floor that had a balcony with an outdoor jacuzzi (as well as an indoor one), it was amazing to be it a bath outside looking up at the sky our last night in Saigon!"
