"both myself and my partner were more than happy to call this place home for 7 nights. The rooms were incredibly comfortable and the staff was nearly flawless. Surprisingly the breakfast was worth the cost. Rare now a days. 1. Needs more amenities on site. 2. Massage services double what you pay 1 block away 3. We were charged for a private tour when we asked for a group tour (double the cost)"

"This is the first negative review I have ever done. The first room I was in had a broken fridge, a broken air conditioner and was not clean. I asked to be moved. The second room had a broken toilet and broken tv. I asked for them to be fixed and was told that this was a bad hotel, I should expect things like this. I fixed the toilet myself. The room was dirty and unmaintained. The shower curtain and bathroom walls had mould everywhere, and the sleeping area had filthy walls, mould and humidity...

"Room aircondition is not cold; need servicing and refill refrigerant. Wall’s fan is too noisy; need to be replaced. 2 free drinking water bottles are too small and insufficient to drink and make coffee; should provide slightly larger bottle. Beds are not comfortable; need new replacement. Room cleaning staff and morning breakfast are hard working and good. Receptionists need some improvement in english. "
