Tiếp tân rất lịch sự và thân thiện. Phòng mình ở kế bên thang máy nên khi có người ra vào thì nghe tiếng ồn, còn những lúc khác rất yên tĩnh. Máy điều hoà ở vị trí phù hợp và hoạt động tốt. "The hotel is safe and at the center of everything. I booked the room with a balcony and the street noise bothered me at night. I arrived on New Year eve and I was able watching the New Year countdown right at the room's balcony. Breakfast was delicious but the hotel offered almost identical dishes each day. The hand-held shower head could not aim directly to my head, instead it aimed at the wall. The hotel needs to work with the constructor/designer about the insulation to reduce street noise...
