"On arrivaing into the court yard I noticed the marble water feature as well as a Maclaren Super car parking beside it,this should CUE you in to the quality of Mai House the long robust front doors are open for you by bowing smiling shaff member to reveal more marble,centre feature the sweeping staircase taking you to and from the impeccable restaurant,the lobby well groomed staff seem to glide around on a mission make your stay a pleasure .. beautiful lady's soak up the vibe take photos of the themselves dress in high fashion or elegant traditionally they to drawn to the effluence for indulgence, generated by this location,they completed the tone,all this serenaded by the dapper gentleman playing makanavo!!on the baby grand!!! honestly James Bond could skip down that staircase and his level of sophistication and not look out of place!! The room I resided was again I used the word "impeccable " loved the case iron free standing bath this completed every night with a good night biscuits as the wickedly comfortable bed was turned down .... location walking distance from many points on interest.... Price from a western point of view very affordable ..SO Mai house it's all BTH!!! .. believe the hype"

"Great hotel with top-notch customer service, clean space, and great amenities. Upon checking in, the staff were excellent and able to accommodate holding my luggage because I arrived early. They upgraded me to a better room because there was availability. The first room I was given smelled like cigarette smoke so the staff was able to move me to a Comparable room that didn’t have this issue. This isn’t any fault of the hotels. It is due to disrespectful guests. After I was able to settle in, I was able to take advantage of all the amenities. They had a pillow menu, which was a nice touch because I was able to order a memory foam pillow for a good nights rest. I am not used to sleeping on the flat feather pillows that hotels normally offer. I really liked the design of the bathroom the toilet and the shower were separate from the sink area so we could use the individual amenities without waiting. There was also a bathtub and they provided Himalayan pink sea salt so you could soak away aches after walking all day. Each room also had an air purifier in the desk/sofa seating area. Make sure you turn it on to purify the unpleasant HCMC air. I did not get to take advantage of the outdoor swimming pool because of the bad air quality, but I did visit the gym and the bar on the first floor. The hotel is also attached to the mall next-door, which had your typical high street brand shops. Overall, a great hotel, and I would stay again. "
