"Check in was quick and we got in early. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Room was nice, ample sockets for charging. Shower decent. Excellent variety at breakfast. Good location, close to a metro stop and plenty of eateries close by."

"Excellent location. Great view. Great access. Quiet. Excellent staff manners. Room missing some amenities like hair dryer, iron, replace the water bottle when empty. Very small and minor things. Generally it's good and I'm booked there twice more this year. "

"Check in was efficient and staff felt like they wanted to serve you, unlike some places where it feels like you’re a burden. Staff on hand to support you to your room if you need it. The room was well appointed, though both bedside lights were detached from the wall, the TV option to cast from your own device didn’t work, and the shower broke when attempting to use it. All apart from the TV were fixed quickly, though for a 5 star hotel, especially the lights and TV, should have been sorted...

"Quite far away from the city centre and need to walk a bit to get to the nearest bus stop or metro. Otherwise a great place to stay!"

"Lovely stay .hotel very central and clean . I disliked that the bathroom door didn’t have a function to close it .it was glass and just proved a glass barrier with a gap at the side . Duvets were quite small . Staff were very helpful . You could enjoy a very peaceful stay at this hotel."
