"This is a terrible place for a person expecting a good nights sleep in a clean environment. I ended up staying in what felt a converted shed. It was cold and damp. The bedding felt wet to sleep in as it was so damp. I ended up sleeping in my t-shirt i was so cold. The pillows where brown and dirty. The carpet had not been hovered. The electrics tripped 3 times and i had to keep putting the switch back up. The tv didnt work. I had to keep getting up to use the buttons on the tv itself. The screen...

"The property was in pleasant grounds, in an attractive village. There are a number of b and b rooms in the barn which is now an annex to the main house. The room had a high ceiling so was airy and spacious. The ensuite shower room was too. The bed could be a double or two singles so was large size and we found to be comfortable. There was a continental style breakfast to help yourself to in the dining room which also had a tv. I enjoyed watching the planes coming into land at the airport. These...

"Very slow check in, card machine not working so had to write my card details down on a piece of paper (not sure this is compliant with GDPR). No iron available. Paid £15 for breakfast thinking it was a cooked breakfast but was only continental consisting of a box of cereal, a piece of ham, 2 pieces of cheese, rock hard crusty roll and a jar of strawberries. Drove 5 minutes down the road and got 2 full English breakfasts for £16. There was no shower gel and only half a toilet roll left for us....

"An extremely warm welcome set the tone for my visit, yea and cake to start off with. First class service delivered by the marvellous hosts. A very well appointed room and en-suite bathroom. "Absolutely shocking stay. No confirmation email prior to arrival or key safe number. Spent an hour trying to contact them. When we finally got through we were about 1 hour from our location in Crewe, to be told sorry the room that you have booked has had a flood in the en suite. We have another property you can have a nice room with a lovely T.V in Stoke on Trent. I had an army reunion in Crewe why would I want to stay in Stoke???
