"My room was fantastic. The bathroom is a little dated, but the room and bed were very comfortable. The breakfast is almost certainly the best in Chester and the staff are great."

"Allowed to check in early. Had to pay for parking but we were given an extended time free of charge. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. Gym was excellent for a hotel. Pool was lovely and clean! Breakfast in the morning was great and excellent service. Hotel is slightly dated but has an old school vibe so it suits it. All amenities available in the room.
