"We loved this place, after a lot of stress we wanted to find somewhere special to take our minds off of it all and here was a fantastic find! The spa, staff, food, location absolutely brilliant! "Quaint cottage and staff were polite. The room we stayed in was nice and bright. There was a very bad damp problem in the en suite especially above the shower, not just on the ceiling but the shower sealant was all black and the bottom of the shower door had not even been cleaned of all the mould. The shower was very powerful and water hot. Skirting of the bedroom was missing exposing the gap between floor and ceiling. Although there was radiator heating the thermostat was loose and difficult...
