"The staff were lovely, only small issue lied in the layout of the room with there being no plugs by the bed unless you dive under the mattress which was near impossible, and no holder for the soap or toilet roll, these are small quality of life changes which could be fixed super easily! Other than that, the room was lovely with a gorgeous garden view and we were made to feel very welcome, really recommend the spa facilities "

"Quaint cottage and staff were polite. The room we stayed in was nice and bright. There was a very bad damp problem in the en suite especially above the shower, not just on the ceiling but the shower sealant was all black and the bottom of the shower door had not even been cleaned of all the mould. The shower was very powerful and water hot. Skirting of the bedroom was missing exposing the gap between floor and ceiling.
