"I was having an operation on both my eyes at Optical Express White City on Monday and had to return the next day for a checkup. I booked the room as it looked very clean (was) & was near Shepherd's Bush station, one stop from White City. They were extremely helpful, especially on the Monday, when I had very restricted sight & even read the instructions on the medication out to me. "

"The hotel is less than a block from Paddington station which is amazingly convenient to get to almost anywhere. The area was safe to walk around and lots of food options, and also a quick walk to many other sites. It's in a historic property, but we were able to get a room with an en suite bathroom.
