"The staff were very friendly and helpful. From the front desk to the maintenance . We had an issue with our heater, they couldn’t repair in a timely manner, so they switched our room. The maintenance man retrieved our new keys and help us move into our new room."

"Pulling up, it was a nice property. Once I got checked in I had to go to the concierge to get a parking pass. All that is is employed to get you to sign up for a timeshare review. Had to wait 25 minutes for anyone can come to the concierge desk. Once we got to our condo, it was apparent right away that the carpets were very old, staying, and in dire need of replacement throughout the condo. Everything else throughout our two days stay will fantastic. I would highly recommend new carpets, or...
