"Don't be fooled by the exterior. I was hesitant upon arriving the building is obviously not new but has been well cared for. Small hickup with checking in however john was very nice and promply found my reservation and checked us in. The room was beyond expectations. 2 balconies very large room with comfortable bed. "The room was clean and comfortable for the price. The property could use some updating. I could hear running and bumping in the room above mine. That's the only thing I didn't like. There is a dog in the lobby area which I was not expecting and the dog jumping on me. I suggest not keeping a dog in the lobby and you cook food in there and some people don't want to be greeted by a dog running and jumping on them. Besides the bumping and running in the rooms above me, it was a nice stay for one...

"Stayed one night in Branson to see the lights. We enjoyed the cobbler, cookies and ice cream that they had as an evening snack breakfast was good with a nice variety. The Christmas decorations were nice even had a Small Santa in our room. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. We will stay again."
