I loved everything except it would be nice if they had a restriction for the pool like no kids after 10 pm because they were there till midnight and splashing and running from the hot tub to the pool. Also they need to put the stairs doors on a easy close because our room was right next to it and the kids were constantly slamming this door running up and down from their rooms to the pool and it was difficult to sleep.

The rooms are spacious although the beds, towels, carpets are pretty old. The pools are very big. Kids had a lot of fun there. Overall, this is a nice hotel for the price.

Visited Branson for two days. I booked the Best Western for my stay because it was across the street from the Cooper Theatre where we going that evening. I didn’t have to worry about parking just walk across the street. It was a very nice and clean hotel.

One of the Queen beds was very noisy and squeaky. Every time you sat on it or moved, it would squeak. Also the door lock wouldn’t lock with ease. You had to lift the door to make it work. Very frustrating for a 3 night stay. Game room has a lot to be desired, but that was the least of my concerns.
