However we found our bedroom overlooking the garden a little sparce could do with additional decorative objects to give it more appeal.."

"A lovely, well situated hotel with very friendly staff with a well stocked bar at a reasonable price. Breakfast was very tasty and plenty of it. We had an issue with a wall heater not working and within 5 minutes of phoning reception a replacement heater was sent up. We were there for a Friday & Saturday night so there was live music followed by a DJ both nights. "Nice hotel in good location. Staff are really excellent. Cocktails amazing. Lift very small but functional. Car park tiny but can share adjacent hotels facilities. Would definitely return there. "

"It wasn’t stipulated in the booking that we had to pay for parking. It usually is free for guests but NOT if booked through a third party. Breakfast selection was good. We had selected a premium room, but I’m not sure if that was what we got. It looked nothing like the photos on the site. Otherwise the property is good value for money and conveniently situated. "

"Very professional and friendly greeting, appreciated the complimentary upgrade. Spacious and comfortable room with lovely en suite. Comfy large bed. Breakfast was extra but very good value for both continental and cooked choices. Did have an issue with electrics in the room but there is only so much staff can do until electrician can call. Great location for Pavilion. "
