"Hotel was very welcoming and helpful at check in . Room was spotless and very spacious with everything I needed for my stay. Bed was very comfy and had a very restful night . No noise from other guests . I was travelling with my 2 year old grandson and we received a child’s activity pack at checkin and they provided a child’s play room which he loved . All staff helpful and very friendly. "

"Lovely and helpful staff. Excellent food. Not sure the room upgrade was worth the money. Although bigger than other rooms the bathroom and fittings are pretty standard. Lovely hotel with a nice garden and lounge areas. Would book again. "

"Hotel room was good; beds were comfortable; plenty of storage space. Bathroom was clean and good. Room was clean; it’s aesthetically not the nicest, but was only staying for a night so wasn’t concerned. The gym is very decent, and the pool is nice. Hot tub isn’t really that hot. Nice to also have a steamer and sauna. All this for a very cheap price - was a very good deal! "

"The room was very nice ,good evening meal and breakfast inthe restaurant. Ownly problem was the sink was blocked had to get someone up and room only had cups and towels for two but there was three of us "

"Really liked the hotel and location. Will be going back later in the year. Only criticism was the pool not being open in the morning. Otherwise great hotel with lovely staff! Shame the town is becoming rundown, the low lighting in the shopping area at night made us want to get back to the hotel asap. "

"An unusual place in that it was totally unstaffed, but the access arrangements were fine and the room was comfortable, extremely quiet and exceptionally well provided for. The bed was incredibly comfortable. There was nothing to dislike at all and I would definitely return, but it's a shame that with such nice facilities, ie lounge, bar, etc. the areas are not used "
