Stunning room (silver birch); the welcome was warm on arrival, I ate in the on site restaurant (Arbor) and the food quality and portion size was excellent. I will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful hotel, very clean, lovely rooms. Delicious breakfast and dinner. Dinner was a bit pricy but flavours were very nice. There was plenty of on site free parking which was a bonus.

It’s a lovely hotel, close to beach front and walkable to BIC. Rooms are beautifully decorated and the stand alone bath superb. Staff and service was exceptional only small issue was the very warm room.

A smallish quality hotel well located in Bournemouth. The staff were very professional and helpful and the food was really good. Good parking with a lift from the car park into the hotel.
