"Had an excellent 4 night stay at the West Cliff. The room was clean and spacious, with a very comfy bed. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great - plenty of choice. The Spa are downstairs was also very good. Would definitely stay here again."

"I would not recommend this hotel to anyone by one simple and important fact about how dirty the toilet was very dirty, had to go shop and buy bleach to clean it before using or allowing my kids to use it, as I was cleaning the toilet there was food pieces ( looked like vomit ) it was just bad for a hotel standard. Staff was really welcoming and friendly loved that. "

"For what we paid our room was just perfect! We had a really goods nights sleep, the room was cosy & warm. There is room for improvement but not worth mentioning."
