"Nice hotel, modern and well maintained. There was an issue with the first room allocated where the heating wasn't working but the duty manager was diligent in sorting us a new room and checking it over before moving us. Room was clean, modern and comfortable. Breakfast was good quality and adequate. Issue for us were the bar staff in the evening were a shambles. "Excellent price for a hotel so close to Heathrow. Couldn’t have asked for more really. Some of the staff were a little more unfriendly than you would expect but the hotel was lovely, just a shame the person who checked us in hadn’t been on his phone and talking to a colleague about something else at the same time. "
