"We came for a long weekend of wine tasting and bike riding and this hotel was the perfect location! Right on the square and within walking distance to all the restaurants and stores. The hotel is beautifully decorated with natural colors and lots of windows. Wine tasting every night in the lobby. Valet car service was included, not extra charge. Overall, a wonderful experience and can’t wait to go back. "

"Very nice property, modern wood architecture and well designed interiors. Very quiet forest setting full of Pride of Madeira large bush/trees that were in peak bloom. Very beautiful. Comfortable lobby with view windows of the forest. For the price the hotel provided minimal drinks and snacks/fruit"
