"This hotel was absolutely amazing. The location is near almost everything. The stores and restaurants are just a few steps away. The metro is extremely close too. The breakfast had such delicious foods and lots of variety. Not only that but the staff goes above and beyond to make you feel so welcomed. We went to Madrid as a birthday trip for my sister and the staff made sure to make her day extra special without us even mentioning it. During breakfast they brought out some cake and a candle....

"I stayed at a room designed by late Zaha Hadid. I felt if I was in another planet thanks to her extraordinary design taste. The location was good as it was only 5 minutes away from a subway station. Downside was there was no coffee maker (which is a standard at any hotel in the world) and they do not provide water bottles expect first two bottles no matter how long you stay (I stayed 3 nights)."

"Very centrally located next to everything you might want in madrid Overall everything was ok,although the hotel feels a bit dated,but everything was functional The only small issue was that during the weekend there was quite a lot of noise from the street below from all kinds of drunk people and the windows werent sufficiently soundproof "
