"We loved our stay here. The resort is bright and inviting. Too many amenities to list. The pool area, and its indoor, outdoor and hot tub options, are amazing. The rooms are exceptionally clean, the bathrooms are spacious, and the showers are amazing. We even had a "fake" fireplace in our room. Beds were super comfortable. We also enjoyed our own private balcony while our little one was tucking into bed. The staff members are all so helpful and seem to enjoy their jobs. Our only "complaint" is that this hotel does not offer free breakfast like the Margaritaville hotel in nearby Pigeon Forge. "

"Easy and quick check-in and checkout. Near highway exit, close to downtown, close to shopping mall, and very close to other convenient locations. The room was clean, towels were soft, the tub did not have any mold, the mattress although too soft for me, was not in bad shape, and there was daily breakfast (although I did not taste it). I stayed for 4 nights - one through direct reservation, 3 through Expedia. They also have a 24 hours gym and other amenities. Will definitely be back. "
