"We had the absolute best time at Happy Trails! The house has an awesome layout for multiple families and really has everything you need! We were very grateful for the boot/glove warmers as our trip did see a few 50 degree days on the mountain so it was a little slushy. The house is walkable even for a 3 year old in ski boots to the roadrunner and off we went! David was very helpful through out our stay and was incredibly accommodating with any question or request! "This house was amazing! Was super helpful that the bathrooms, bedrooms and kitchen were fully stocked. hottub was a plus when we were having a fire. Two separate living rooms allowed us to have the football game upstairs and a movie in the basement at the same time. It was also 10 minutes away from everything, we were able to go bowling, get breakfast and get Necessities and none of it was inconvenient. would definitely recommend to a family that’s looking to have a larger group and or hit the...

"Very nice property not far from the center of Bethel. The host had great communication and the check-in process very easy with number coded door locks. Nice hot tub and spacious yard. We brought had our dog with us and it was good to see that floors were plenty durable. The arcade game was fun for the kids & parents! We found that the beds were very comfortable and likely the best beds we had in all the rentals through Vrbo over the years. Would definitely come back here again."

Easy to use pellet stove/fireplace and stone chimney make for a cozy setting.

"Had a 3 generation gathering for Thanksgiving weekend. Kitchen and Dining areas worked great for our large meals. Beds and Linens were comfortable. Bathroom cleanliness was top notch. Snowed 6”-8” and driveway cleanup was lacking in timeliness and thoroughness. Expected better in an area very used to dealing with snow. Several other minor issues, but Overall, we had a great weekend!"

"The property was beautiful and really spacious for 11 people. It was near Sunday river. The property is on the main road not as busy as I thought I would be. It snowed one of the nights we were there, no maintenance properly passed by to clean the property. We didn’t see any shovel on the property either. Overall I rate this stay a 5/5. We will be back again"

"The home was everything listed and more. It was a great place to gather as a family and celebrate Thanksgiving. The kitchen was indeed fully stocked, the home very clean. We enjoyed the ambiance of the fireplace as it snowed and the hot tub was amazing. The Nintendo still does not have a charger, that we could find. And many of us found the single beds uncomfortable. "The house was lovely - plenty of room for our group of 6 adults - and very clean. The beds were very comfortable and the foosball table was enjoyed. We appreciated using the firepit and the grill. Overall, we enjoyed the house and our stay. However, the house was very warm!!! We were there in August and it was 90+ outside and humid. Most of the time the main floor was well over 80 with both AC units and 3 fans running. The 3rd floor bedrooms, with the exception of the main bedroom which...
