"Had a wonderful time with friends and family! Great location, super close to Beech Ski Resort. Nice area to walk around and be outside. The Beech Club was walking distance with a nice lake/pond as well. We didn’t use the club but it definitely looked nice. The house itself was great for the 6 adults and 6 teens. The house was clean inside and had general kitchen tools. Communication with the host was great! Thank you!! "

"Great Stay"

"Overall, we had a great trip. There was nothing that lessened the enjoyment we had together as a family. However, there were a few things that may be normal in a mountain log cabin, but perhaps could be upgraded. There were a lot of stairs into the house and guest house and only one bedroom on the main floor of main house so seniors had a harder time of it. Cleaning was hit and miss. Large cobwebs in places in the house, large soaking tubs in guest house were dirty. Some things did...

"We really enjoyed this house and location. The view is beautiful and the location is private. There were plenty of towels, blankets, and pots and pans and dishes. We wanted for nothing and everything was perfect. The company called to check on us and even allowed a later check-out. We were very happy with everything. "

"Everything was perfect. I just didnt like the hills and roads but thats me. we seen bears right outside in the yard thanks for having us "

"We took our basketball team here for a tournament we were playing in here in the area. The house was plenty big enough. We also enjoyed the split level for the boys to be downstairs and the coaches upstairs. The only thing we found was we could have used more pots and pans for cooking but we made due! Thank you for an amazing experience for our boys! "

"I was on a trip passing through several states and two days before my reservation the manager called me saying that they were having problems with the hot water in the middle of winter and that he could not rent me the room. I understood the case and said it was ok for him to refund the reservation, but to this day they have never refunded me. This is fraud."

"This worked perfectly for our church senior high youth group. Simple accommodations but just what we needed. The owner lives on the property and was able to take care of everything we needed."

"We spent a cozy family Christmas at this spacious cabin outside of Asheville/Mars Hill. The cabin was easy to find, the hot tub was a favorite of the family, internet worked just fine for a cabin, and we had an enjoyable week- long stay.Only issues with the space were that the place needs a good cleaning, which might have been still delayed due to regional hurricane clean up. We also might recommend a set of instructions for how best to use their specific fireplaces as we are admitted novices...

"Our stay was absolutely incredible. The house was big enough for all 16 members of my family. The kitchen was enormous, we all enjoyed eating meals together. Every person in the house enjoyed sledding down the very large driveway. We had the best stay! "
