"Me and my boyfriend had a good stay at this property. It has parking for anyone hiring a car. The host was great, offering breakfast and lifts if needed. There was a language barrier but anyone who is not Spanish can just use google translate and it is easy enough. We had full use of his flat including the kitchen etc. Cheaper alternative to hotels and a nicer option than hostels. "

"We have really enjoyed our week just outside Selfoss. The cabin was cosy and equipped with all the essentials, and an excellent base to explore southern Iceland from. We even got to see the Northern Lights from just outside the cabin! Petra was an accessible, friendly and super helpful host, she kindly went above and beyond to help us when our flight was cancelled due to a bad storm. We would highly recommend!"

"This was our third time visiting the island and we could not have had a better stay. The house was exactly what we were looking for, and the hosts were fantastic. "We loved the property. The views were breathtaking and despite the extreme weather, we were always very warm & cozy. The hot tub too was outstanding. The one thing I would have fixed would be the issue with the locks not actually locking. I understand it is a rural area with little to no crime, but as a foreigner from a place that has plenty of crime, it was a bit worrisome leaving for the day’s excursions with the knowledge that the door could not properly lock.
