"Me and my boyfriend had a good stay at this property. It has parking for anyone hiring a car. The host was great, offering breakfast and lifts if needed. There was a language barrier but anyone who is not Spanish can just use google translate and it is easy enough. We had full use of his flat including the kitchen etc. Cheaper alternative to hotels and a nicer option than hostels. "

For example, there should be tissues & paper towels available. And the bathroom towels should be replaced. They felt old, not soft & not very absorbent. We found the rental afterwards, but had no code for the property in advance. The directions said to go to the main house for the code. I didn't and ended up disturbing a lovely woman and her very cute dog around 9pm because we didn't know how to check in. When we got into the cabin, we were happy with it and it was comfortable. "Our family stayed at Brekka for the holiday season. The host’s directions were spot on and we found the house no trouble at night,in the snow, and never having been to Iceland before. The three bedrooms and upstairs loft all got used as sleeping quarters; everyone was comfortable and the blankets sheets and pillows were all clean and inviting for a good night’s sleep....
