"The hotel is small, but everything exceeded our expectation. Staff is friendly and helpful. The room is very clean. The location is superb for visiting Geysir. Breakfast included at Hotel Geysir is great. We had a very good stay!"

"We very much enjoyed our stay at the beautiful hotel remotely located in nature. It had a wonderful breakfast and staff were friendly. Accessibility: There are a series of a few small steps on the main floor which make it difficult when traveling with a stroller and luggage. There is a back door that is accessible with no stairs involved. It has access to the rooms located at the end of the hotel. Perhaps guests with children can request a room at the end near the back door."

"The location was amazing! So close to everything. Definitely worth a one night stay. The rooms were huge and spacious basically your own cabin. The amenities how ever not so great for what they caharge. You dont have wifi in your cottage you have to got back to the main house where you checked in which is down the road. The beds are pretty hard and the tv only gets one station. Other than that it was a great stay. Also the geysir center is the best place to grab food for your buck. Becarful tho...

"The location of this hotel could not be better, as it is right in the center of the downtown area. There were restaurants and shops just steps away, and you can walk to almost all of the major attractions. The concierge was consistently helpful in making suggestions and arranging bookings. Highly recommend!"
