"I have been going to Pitlochry Hydro for the last 26 years and still enjoy going. Unfortunately the heating broke down in minus conditions but staff could not apologise enough and it was just unfortunate. It is in a lovely little town with lots of lovely walks and easy access to other towns and sight seeing places. Looking forward to March when we will return. "Very relaxed, comfortable hotel with professional and friendly staff. The very spacious lounges, restaurant and bar are proper Scottish ‘auld world’ in decor and furnishings. Magnificent."

"A warm welcome from the check in staff and then to find my room had a lovely view out over the golf course. The room was a junior suite. An exceptionally comfy bed, a large rain shower, a huge sofa, and a Nespresso machine were among the facilities on offer. Breakfast was served in Calder’s bistro. I got a lovely table by the window and my order was taken quickly and arrived equally quickly. Fantastic pancake stack with blueberries and maple syrup. The only blight on the horizon was the toast machine. It cremated my toast - twice. However, a staff member was quick to sort things out for me. All in all a superb stay. "

"A nice friendly clean hotel, stayed with my family 2 adults and 2 toddlers midweek. Kids loved the swimming pool and bunk beds in the family room, could have done with more space but we didn’t spend much time in the room. Breakfast was delicious and plenty of it. Parking outside hotel is in short supply but there is more space at the rear and a free public car park across the road so you won’t be stuck. Blairgowrie is a nice little town with plenty of amenities. "
