Think the bedroom could do with a bit of a paint same with furniture and bed was quite hard. But other than that beautiful hotel, can see the water feature in reception and a beautiful back garden where you can see the stream. The hotel has a lot of interesting history. Breakfast was amazing would highly recommend that. Thanks again for making our stay worth it.

Very much in need of an upgrade to bedrooms. It is a lovely building but definitely needs some money spent on it. Very handy location though.
Loved the old fashioned beams and stone walls with the glass floors showing the water running under the hotel.
Couldn’t fault anything and the staff were so friendly especially the girl at check in

Staff were great, really polite, friendly and helpful. Our room was looking a little tired and worn down. Would say in general the place could with a refurb and bit of investment to spruce up the place.
A lovely old hotel, very handy for the city centre, plenty of easy parking (I had a 6 mtr box van) TBH, the property is somewhat tired, but fabulous really helpful staff made my stay really good.

A bit dated. Shower had no pressure, just a weak trickle to wash with.
Staff are very pleasant and helpful. The actual internal surroundings are tired and need of upgrading. The breakfast was overcooked and left under the heat lights too long before refilling.
